During a test ride, the car of the Ecole d’ingénieurs in Biel (School of Technology in Biel, Switzerland), was stopped by the police for speeding. The solar car was supposed to participate in the world championship for solar cars that same year. The driver of the prototype got away with a fine of 20 francs.
