Auto-Acedo: a car for difficult times

In 1941, in the middle of the post-war period, a small hybrid car was presented to the press.
Made in the country from simple materials, the Auto-Adedo weighs only 227 kg and combines a small 2.2-hp exposure engine with a pedal-powered traction system. It is also equipped with bike wheels.
The two passengers thus has to contribute to increase the performances of the car. During tests, the vehicle showed an average speed of 36km/h for a consumption of 1.5L per 100km.
Unfortunately, mass production never happened.
